Spring Spacers

The Coil Spring Spacer kits allow MRP springs (Enduro SL, Progressive, and Standard Steel) to be used on both MRP shocks and those from other manufacturers. There are six kits available:

RSMRS500

Fits these springs:

MRP Enduro SL and Progressive

Fits these shocks:

MRP Hazzard shocks with 63 or 65mm of stroke, to be used with spring rates under 425 lb/in

MRP Hazzard shocks with 57.5 or 60mm of stroke, to be used with spring rates under 375 lb/in

Dimensions:

Short spacer is 4mm, tall spacer is 8mm (overall effective length is 12mm when installed).

Spring seat external diameter is 1.475”/ 37.5mm, shock seat/preload collar seat internal diameter is 1.45” / 36.8mm.

RSMRS501

Fits these springs:

MRP Standard Steel

Fits these shocks:

MRP Hazzard and Raze V2

Dimensions:

Short spacer is 4mm, tall spacer is 8mm (overall effective length is 12mm when installed).

Spring seat external diameter is 1.38”/ 35.1mm, shock seat/preload collar seat internal diameter is 1.45” / 36.8mm.

RSMRS502

Fits these springs:

MRP Progressive

Fits these shocks:

MRP Raze (V1, 2018 and earlier)

Fox Van, DHX and RC4 shocks with a maximum of 65mm of stroke

Dimensions:

Short spacer is 4mm, tall spacer is 8mm (overall effective length is 12mm when installed).

Spring seat external diameter is 1.475”/ 37.5mm, shock seat/preload collar seat internal diameter is 1.35” / 34.3mm.

RSMRS503 

Fits these springs:

MRP Enduro SL and Progressive

Fits these shocks:

Fox DHX2 shocks with a maximum of 65mm of stroke

RSMRS504

Fits these springs:

MRP Enduro SL and Progressive

Fits these shocks:

Rock Shox Kage, Vivid and Super Deluxe Coil shocks with a maximum of 65mm of stroke.

Notes:

** Compatible with all Enduro SL springs. Spacers may not be required for some spring rates. Incompatible with 500+ and 550+ Progressive Springs.

*** Certain rates of the Enduro SL and Progressive Springs may not need spacers for these sizes. In some cases however, one or both spacers may be required to increase the effective length of the spring and accommodate the maximum amount of allowable spring preload. Measure your shock and consult our spring length and spacer height data to verify necessity.

Dimensions:

Two 8mm spacers.

Spring seat external diameter is 1.475”/37.5mm, shock seat/preload collar seat internal diameter is 1.45” / 36.8mm.

RSMRS505

Fits these springs:

MRP Progressive

Fits these shocks:

Cane Creek Double Barrel shocks with a maximum of 65mm of stroke and a minimum of 205mm length (eye-to-eye or eye-to-mount).

Dimensions:

3 pieces.

Short spacers are 2mm, tall spacer is 8mm (overall effective length is 4-10mm when installed).

Spring seat external diameter is 1.475”/ 37.5mm, shock seat/preload collar seat internal diameter is 1.43”/36.3mm.

Please note for use on non-MRP brands you will need a spring spacer kit due to the overall length of the new SL and SL Progressive springs. Please see the geometry tab below for which spacer kit you need for non MRP shocks.
